Before the wedding, we’ll have a planning chat to walk through all the details, confirm arrangements, and make sure nothing is overlooked. I’ll liaise with your suppliers, carry out final checks, and create a clear, smooth timeline so everyone knows where they need to be and when.

On the day itself, I’ll be there for 8–10 hours to keep everything running on time, manage logistics behind the scenes, and quietly handle the little jobs and last-minute fixes that inevitably pop up. From start to finish, I’ll ensure your day flows seamlessly — without stress, rushing, or worry.
